Encounters with Animals

Biodiversity isn’t just a scientific concept, it’s a living, breathing world of amazement, beauty and wonder. It’s the sound of the dawn chorus, the thrill of seeing a bear, the laughter as you watch otters playing, and the catch in your heart a when you see a newborn fawn. It’s the furry bottom of a bumblebee poking out of a dandelion and the colourful kiss of a butterfly as it alights briefly on your hand. It needs to be treasured and celebrated, for how could we ever want to live without it?
